1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Codeusse mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. SSH Connectivity and Server Requirements
Codeusse is a mobile IDE designed to interact with remote servers via the SSH protocol.
2.1 User-Provided Infrastructure: Codeusse does not provide, host, or manage SSH servers for its users. You are solely responsible for acquiring, configuring, and maintaining the SSH-capable server(s) you connect to through the App.
2.2 Hosting Providers: We may provide suggestions or links to third-party hosting providers where you can acquire an SSH-capable server. However, you are in no way limited to these providers and may use any SSH-compliant server of your choice. We are not responsible for the services provided by any third-party hosting companies.
3. Codeusse Connect
Codeusse Connect is an SSH tunneling service provided as part of the Codeusse platform.
3.1 Permitted Use: The tunnel is provided solely for the purpose of connecting the Codeusse mobile application to host machines belonging to related users (e.g., your own devices or those of users you have a direct relationship with). Any other kind of connection or use of the tunnel is prohibited.
3.2 Enforcement: Should a different, unauthorized kind of connection be detected through the tunnel, such connections will be terminated without prior notice. The associated network addresses may be banned from the service temporarily or indefinitely, at our sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions and AI Features
3.1 AI-Powered Features: Certain features within Codeusse, specifically those powered by Artificial Intelligence, are only available to users with an active, valid subscription.
3.2 Subscription Management: Subscriptions are processed and managed through the respective platform's payment systems (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management panel of your device's app store.
3.3 Basic Functionality: An active subscription is not required for the core functionality of the App, such as connecting to remote servers via SSH, browsing files, or executing manual terminal commands.
5. User Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
4.1 Risk of Command Execution: By using the App to execute commands on a remote server, you acknowledge that certain actions (e.g., file deletion, system configuration changes, database operations) can result in unrecoverable data loss or system functionality failure.
4.2 Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all commands, scripts, and actions performed through the App. Marcin Wróblewski (the "Owner") shall not be held liable for any data loss, server downtime, financial loss, or any other damages resulting from your use of the App or any commands executed therein.
4.3 No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
